WHERE ARE COCA MICHELLE PRODUCTS MADE?
All Coca Michelle products are produced and fulfilled by Kollectin, and manufactured in Asia. To ensure Coca Michelle products are produced at or above ethical standards consistent with specific U.S. and local regulations, we periodically screen our factories via a neutral third-party inspection company to ensure compliances are practiced and met.

HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE?
You can reach customer care at: hello@kollectin.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a response via email.


DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
When you place an order, we will automatically create a holding account for you to reference and check your orders. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the Coca Michelle community benefits.


I ORDERED SOMETHING BY MISTAKE. CAN I BE REFUNDED?
If you ordered something by mistake or you changed your mind, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to offer you a refund. If you have already received a tracking number and would like to be refunded, please contact us at hello@kollectin.com.


WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND POLICIES?
Standard Shipping is free for orders above $50, and requires 3-4 business days. Express Shipping is also available. No returns are accepted once product packages are opened, used or have missing components. For any questions, please contact hello@kollectin.com.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently only ship to the United States.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Please email hello@kollectin.com if you’d like to return your order. Please note that we cannot accept any returns for opened products. You can check our Shipping & Returns policy for additional information.
